• Any lawful purpose

Prohibited: Illegal activity, reverse engineering, or disrupting service.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining confidentiality of your account
• All activities under your account
• Providing accurate information

4. Intellectual Property

SMX Afrika retains ownership of all platform code, AI models, and branding. You retain ownership of your data and custom outputs.

5. Payment & Subscriptions

Services are provided on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all fees. No refunds except where required by law.

• Auto-renewal unless canceled
• Price changes with 30-day notice
• Free trial may require payment method

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access immediately for violations. You may cancel anytime.

7. Limitation of Liability

SMX Afrika is not liable for indirect damages. Total liability capped at amount paid in last 12 months.

8. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of South Africa. Disputes resolved in Johannesburg courts.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
